I started my career as a technical writer in 2014. Throughout my professional journey, I have created user manuals for software in various IT areas: forensic analysis, voice recognition software, virtual infrastructures, antivirus software, and development environments.
I like challenging tasks, and I'm eager to learn: after I got a degree in Translation, I studied Systems Engineering to get a better understanding of how things work in my field.
My current interests are analytics and UX. I think it's crucial to know your users, their problems, needs, and how they interact with your documentation. Knowing these things can help provide readers the necessary information whenever they need it.
